Returns & Subscription Policy

At Lit Resistance, every package is carefully curated and prepared in small batches. Because many of our items are limited-run, subscription-based, or specially packaged, we handle returns a little differently than large online retailers.

Subscription Renewals

All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before your next billing date.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. If you run into any issues, simply reach out and we’ll help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • photos if applicable

We’ll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the curated and subscription-based nature of our boxes, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • subscription shipments

  • books

  • opened merchandise

  • limited or seasonal items

That said, if there’s a problem with your order, contact us. We believe in reasonable solutions and good humans.

Lost Packages

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
